This policy explains how Omni-Architect collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We operate under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles. See also our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
Omni-Architect is operated from New South Wales, Australia. Contact: hello@verifiedexperts.com.au
2. What we collect
We collect the following information when you use the Service:
- Account information: name, email address, and encrypted password when you register
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, and performance metrics to improve the Service
- Project content: the projects, modules, tasks, documents, and other content you create within the Service
- Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details.
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and fraud prevention
- Communications: emails you send to our support address
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send you important account and service notifications
- To provide AI-powered features (see section 4)
- To detect and prevent fraud and security incidents
- To respond to your support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features in Omni-Architect, relevant project data is sent to Anthropic PBC (anthropic.com) via their API to generate responses. This includes project descriptions, module names, task titles, and related context needed to provide useful AI assistance.
We do not use your data to train AI models. Anthropic's own privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy) applies to their processing of this data.
You can disable AI features for your organisation at any time in your settings. When AI features are disabled, no data is sent to Anthropic.
5. Third-party processors
We use the following third-party services to provide the Service:
- Supabase (supabase.com): database, authentication, and file storage. Data stored in the United States (AWS US-East region).
- Vercel (vercel.com): hosting and content delivery. Infrastructure in the United States and globally distributed edge network.
- Anthropic (anthropic.com): AI features. Data processed in the United States.
- Stripe (stripe.com):payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
By using the Service you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States by these providers. Each provider maintains security standards appropriate to the data they process.
6. Cross-border disclosure
Your data is stored and processed in the United States as described above. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APP 8), we are required to inform you of this cross-border disclosure. By accepting these terms you acknowledge this transfer and consent to it.
We take reasonable steps to ensure our overseas processors handle your data consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through contractual arrangements with those processors.
7. Data retention
- Account and project data: retained while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation to allow data export
- Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law
- Usage logs: retained for up to 12 months for security and service improvement
- Support communications: retained for 2 years
8. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal data
- Export: download your project data at any time from your account settings

If you believe we have not handled your information correctly you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — specifically the authentication session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. No third-party cookies are set by the Service.
10. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted data storage, row-level security on the database, and access controls limiting which team members can access production data.
No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised contact us immediately at hello@verifiedexperts.com.au.
11. Changes to this policy
We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy. Continued use of the Service after receiving notice of changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
